Fire and Flavor Gastronomic Festival

In Quito we experienced a true gastronomic party full of intense flavors and contagious rhythms, with 30 stands where chefs demonstrated their skills on the grill, allowing us to taste the best of the asados. 

From 4:00pm, the stands were ready to delight us with a wide variety of dishes, from traditional mishqui tripe to the finest cuts of meat, all prepared with a fusion of modern techniques and traditional flavors.

The best of local gastronomy and culture

Little by little groups of friends and families filled the place and got ready for dancing and good music. It began The Metro Band cheered up the people, who at first were cold and gradually warmed up with the warmth of the grill and the good company.

La Vagancia lit up the stage with their cumbiero rhythm and contagious songs. The most awaited: Tierra Canela, made everyone dance and sing their songs that never go out of style.

Don Medardo continued with the party and by this point everyone had already tasted the variety of typical dishes and asados that were available to choose from. Finally, the night closed with a flourish with Los Ángeles Azules, fulfilling the expectations of those who stayed until the end of the concert. The surrounding neighborhoods surely heard chanting songs such as. "y tú te vas... jugando a enamorar" (and you're leaving... playing to fall in love) o "amor amor amor amor, quiero me vuelvan a mirar tus ojos."
