REPÚBLICA DEL CACAO

The Chocolate Boutique offers all varieties of chocolate bars and gift sets from República del Cacao. The "Rincón del Emprendedor" supports entrepreneurs creating chocolate or cacao-inspired products. The Cacao Workshop, led by chef Santiago Cueva, presents unique bonbons and high-quality pastries made with fine cacao. All products are created in República del Cacao's new laboratory located in the Historic Center. Visitors can also visit the Cacao Museum to learn about the history and production of cacao in Ecuador.
