TO'AK Chocolate and Art Experience
Participants enjoy a private tour of the home of master artist Oswaldo Guayasamín, exploring intimate spaces of one of Latin America’s most creative 20th-century artists. The sensory experience continues with tastings of raw and roasted cacao beans and four editions of To'ak Chocolate. Guests learn about Ecuadorian cacao varieties, origins, fermentation, and barrel aging, and how these factors influence the chocolate’s flavor and aroma profiles.
