Pim´s – Flash Travel

We began as an English-style café pub in Quito in 1981, at Calama 143 and Juan León Mera. Our name comes from the exclusive English liqueur Pimm’s. Our owner at the time, Alejandro Baraya, brought the brand to Ecuador under an agreement with Pimm’s Limited of London.

Since then, we have offered a delicious culinary experience in the country—an international menu that journeys through flavors from around the world, alongside a palette of traditional Ecuadorian tastes, with innovative recipes bearing the Chef’s signature.
