Founded more than 10 years ago by Chef Ovidio Gabela—trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Peru and The French Culinary Institute in New York—El Dorado has established itself as a benchmark of gastronomic excellence.
The team now welcomes Chef Joaquín Gabela, who studied at Le Cordon Bleu Spain and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomic Administration from the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador. His vision complements the restaurant’s proposal, reflecting a creative, technical, and authentic international cuisine.
