We are a heritage restaurant with three generations of culinary experience. Our flavour was inherited from Mama Nieves, our grandmother, who began selling mote con chicharrón over 92 years ago in the capital’s markets.
Years later, her son Miguel and his wife Charito founded "La Casa del Librillo," expanding the menu with more traditional Ecuadorian dishes.
